Management:
- Determine what level of post contract management is required
- Review proposals, negotiate and appoint
General:
- Regularly report to the client on the status of the project and determine any input that may be needed
- Continually monitor the project to ensure that deadlines are met within budget
- Having corrective plans in place to deal with any unforeseen events
