Over 40 years’ experience in the world of business is invaluable in today’s fast-changing world. Ted is an astute entrepreneur who has the ability to focus, understand and communicate at the highest levels. Worked in both retail and property development is driven to succeed and has a wealth of experience.
Having carried out many designs and build contracts including mid-Yorkshire hospital trust along with the development of a government job centre in Wakefield and private client projects. He has expertise in appraising projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
Mark McLean
I have 30 years’ experience in property development coupled with a role as Senior Account Director in BT with strong strategic and operational experience gained at both ‘grass roots’ and senior management level.
I have sustained a record in the restructuring and delivery of programme and operational efficiencies with full P&L accountability.
I am results driven and have a proven ability to organise coherent and deliverable developments resulting in significant revenue growth and profitability.
