The Vision

Carnforth Brow is a residential development of an 18 acre site in Carnforth, Cumbria. The site is designated for 158 residential units with brand new road access to be developed over a phased development period.

As part of the development of the land JER are working in partnership with the land owners to create a space that can enhance the local community and provide a significant return on investment.

The Project Includes:

• A 4 phase development of 158 residential dwellings
• 30% affordable living properties

The Project:

JER work to improve and enhance the surrounding area and provide the best possible return for the land owner. As part of the project JER is handling all aspects of the project from initial site management and strategical planning through to completion of the project.

As part of the project we are using a collaborative approach to regenerate the site and provide maximum return to the land owner.
